Shipping Information/Return Policy

All of our shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, whichever is most economical for our customer. We may use UPS ground shipping for larger orders. Processing time for our items is usally 24hr-48hr turn around time depending when we receive your order. Our orders are processed during business hours. All freight shipments are handled by a third party, please call or email for any questions.

We offer a 30-day return-exchange policy on most of our products unopened or unused and returned in new saleable condition. All clothing must be returned unworn with tags. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the store.
All freight shipments such as but not limited to game tables, furniture, or gameroom furnishing’s have a 15% restocking fee in addition to any additional cost charged by the freight company.All Freight Shipment Items that need to be canceled require 24 hour notice prior to shipping because of freight shipment arrangements. If a freight shipment is canceled after the 24 hour cancellation period but has not shipped, customer is responsible for any charges associated with appointment cancellations from the freight company.

Customers must present original sales receipt for all returns and exchanges(for in store purchases). Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We’ll handle your return within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.
